When a local real estate agent in Tradition, Port St. Lucie came to us, they were frustrated: their website existed, but it wasn’t bringing clients. We also collected keyword-rich client reviews, encouraging customers to mention Port St. Lucie and specific services in their testimonials.

Off-page, we pursued a small set of high-value local backlinks: partnerships with local home inspectors, guest posts on neighborhood blogs, and sponsorship mentions on community event pages. Those links provided relevant, local relevance signals rather than generic volume.

Within 90 days the changes moved the needle. The client’s primary keywords climbed to page one, and the top local keyword reached the #1 spot in Port St. Lucie search results. Organic calls and contact form submissions increased dramatically — the client began receiving about 8–12 organic leads per week from search alone. They also started appearing in the Google local pack for several high-intent, city-based queries.

What made this campaign work was focus: prioritize technical health, concentrate local authority through GBP and citations, publish content that answers local intent, and earn a small number of high-relevance backlinks. That combination produced the visibility and the reliable lead flow the client needed.
